Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
